Harbour Shores is a master-planned neighbourhood over 16 hectares, and includes multiple mid rise, high end apartments, waterfront villas with amenities comprising pool lagoon, tennis court and gym, marina, and public parks including play equipment. Construction works are underway, with Crest undertaking Project Management, Cost Management and Superintendent Services. This entails managing multiple complex contracts simultaneously to ensure seamless delivery.

Crest was engaged as Superintendent for construction of a new 25 storey residential highrise at Main Beach. The development comprises one full-floor apartment per level, three levels of basement parking, and resident amenities located on the ground floor, Level 3, and the rooftop. The project was delivered under a Design and Construct contract. Despite several contractual and construction-related disputes encountered throughout the delivery phase, these were positively managed, and the project reached successful completion in July 2024.

Crest is engaged as the Project Manager, Superintendent and QS on the refurbishment of the Western Mall and creation of the Australian Design Mall at Harbour Town Premium Outlets. The works include replacing existing walkways with agg concrete and tile inserts; refurbishment of the existing sail structures; seating areas with planters, fountain and play area, with landscaping and services. Given the project’s location within a busy, operational shopping centre, careful planning and programming were essential to minimise disruption and ensure safety of all centres retailers and customers.

Crest was engaged as Financier QS for the construction of Stage 2 of the Cienna Development at Varsity Lakes. Stage 2 comprises the construction of two residential apartment towers including three levels of basement car park, a managers unit, common areas, pool and external hard and soft landscaping, with a total of 289 apartments.

Part of the Home Focus Development included construction of a new BP Service Station at Pimpama with all construction needing to align with the BP guidelines. The project also included two retail tenancies, including a Guzman y Gomez food outlet, which have separate specified agreements for lease requirements.

Appointed Project and Cost Manager for the new Ferrari Gold Coast Dealership. The proposed facility includes showroom, workshop, offices, customer lounge, all-purpose designed to the high end finishes and specifications expected from a Ferrari Dealership with some FF&E being procured from Italy.

Crest was engaged as the Project Manager and Superintendent on the construction of a new two storey Junior Administration Building and external car park works. Completed in 2025 by construction firm Built, it features a modern health centre, co-curricular administration, and major upgrades to drop-and-go zones, car parking, and the Cribb play space.

Vantage View residential highrise development comprises three basement levels providing residential parking, storage cages and refuse facilities; Level 1 incorporates the main residential entry foyer, residents’ lounge, mail room and eight apartments, while Levels 2 to 15 accommodate the remaining 120 apartments. The development is complemented by extensive external landscaping, a detention basin and communal BBQ facilities.

Crest was engaged as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the construction of this 14-storey residential apartment development. The project comprises 56 two- and three-bedroom apartments, together with a range of resident amenities, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, and professionally landscaped outdoor areas.

Harbour Cove is a multi-building, mixed use development adjacent Harbour Town at Biggera Waters and comprises a total of six buildings varying in height from eleven levels to seven levels, with a total of 511 apartments, restaurants and 47 marina berths. Crest undertook all project management of the Development Approval process for this master-planned neighbourhood.

Retreat Palm Beach is a boutique nine level midrise residential building comprising 60 apartments. Crest were engaged as the Superintendent in September 2025 with the anticipated completion due late 2027.

Crest was Superintendent for the construction of this 25 storey residential tower comprising 157 apartments, 2 levels of basement parking and amenities on the ground level and rooftop common areas.

Appointed as Superintendent for the completion of Stage 3 of the residential Vantage development at Ashmore comprising 113 apartments, basement parking and external landscaping.

Project Manager, Superintendent and Quantity Surveyor on this $22m apartment development overlooking beautiful Rainbow Bay. The development comprises basement carparking with 3 levels of motel style accommodation, 7 levels of residential apartments accommodating 20 units including two penthouses with rooftop pools.

Major $25 million refurbishment works at Twin Towns from design through approvals and construction. Works included new atrium, bars, restaurant, dining areas, gaming areas, including outdoor gaming, dance floor and sports bar. Our role included managing separate contracts for delivery of overseas FF&E. All works were conducted in a live working environment with consideration for the Club’s daily operations and patron’s safety.

Mantra Coolangatta undertook guest room upgrade and lobby refurbishment, to bring the hotel in line with Mantra standards. Works were completed in a live environment, while the hotel was operational.

Engaged as the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Superintendent for major refurbishment works at the Ballina RSL. To provide new gaming and outdoor gaming facilities on the first floor including TAB, upmarket lounge area and refurbishment of existing amenities

Redeemer Lutheran College have engaged Crest to be Project Manager for the construction of two new buildings: a new classroom building for Years 5 to 6 and a new building for Years 7 to 8 including specialist and ancillary spaces. Currently the Years 5 to 6 building is under construction.

Crest is the Project Manager for the construction of a new Multi Purpose Hall which will include retractable seating at Lords.

St Hilda’s School has undertaken extensive multi million dollar refurbishments of their boarding facilities, to create a modern home-away-from home. Upgrades include new air conditioning, full dining room renovations, updated bedrooms, sleeping pods and bathrooms. Undertaken in a number of stages and due for final completion in December 2026.

Crest is engaged as Project Manager for the demolition of the existing external swimming pool and replacement with a new 10 lane swimming pool.

Crest was engaged as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the total refurbishment of retained technology building and construction of a new building comprising new theatre space, music teaching spaces, equipment and archive storage areas, external works.

The Centre for Creative Industries is a dedicated, multi-disciplinary facility at St Andrews Lutheran College in Tallebudgera. Opened in 2022, the state-of-the-art building was designed to accommodate film & TV, digital technology, robotics, engineering, fashion design, business, and manual arts. Crest was engaged as Project Manager, QS and Superintendent.

Major refurbishment of the Sunshine Ford Dealership at Southport. The project included upgrades across three levels including the Service area, Showroom and Offices.

Construction of two new luxury car dealerships at Springwood; Jaguar/Landrover and Audi. Each dealership comprises basement carparking, large showroom, complete workshop facilities, car wash, customer lounge, handover area, mezzanine level, offices and amenities.

This new purpose built dealership precinct covers over 4 hectares off the M1, and includes Isuzu Trucks, VW Commercial and Used Car Dealerships. Each dealership is standalone and includes showroom, workshop, offices, amenities, parts and customer lounge. Appointed as Project and Cost Managers from competitive tender stage through construction.

Project and Cost Management for demolition of existing used car building and construction of new Mazda Dealership. The project comprises vehicle showroom, customer lounge, offices, handover area, offices and staffroom on mezzanine level.

This project involved total refurbishment of the existing Hyundai Dealership building to meet Hyundai Motor Company Australia’s corporate design and identity. Appointed as Project and Cost Manager through all phases of the project. This role included co-ordinating the design, council approvals, tender, contract administration and liaising with Hyundai Australia to ensure compliance to their corporate identity and separate signage installations. The new dealership includes on ground level, vehicle showroom, fluidic display, handover area, customer lounge, offices and mezzanine level for offices and staffroom.

Project and Cost Management throughout all phases of the project, including design management, pre-construction approvals, competitive tenders and adjudication, contract administration, post-contract approvals and handover. The new Mazda Dealership in Lismore includes vehicle showroom, customer lounge, offices, handover area, offices and staffroom on mezzanine level.

This high quality, iconic building is the new home to Audi on the Gold Coast. The building includes state-of-the-art workshop, flowing showroom, gallery level with café, administration level and basement parking for 95 vehicles. Appointed as Project and Cost Managers for the completion of the project, undertaking all contract administration, consultant co-ordination and approvals management.

Crest was Project Manager for the Harbour Town Premium Outlet’s Convenience Mall Upgrade. Upgrade works involved replacing asphalt and brick paved walkways with concrete, new tree lined and tiled forecourt to Woolworths tenancy, new sun shades, painting, seating areas and planters landscaping and two new kiosk tenancies. Given the project’s location within a busy, operational shopping centre, careful planning and programming were essential to minimise disruption and ensure safety of all centres retailers and customers.

Crest was engaged as the Project Manager for the replacement of three major signs at Harbour Town Premium Outlets. The project involved the demolition of existing signage and the installation of new digital display signs. Crest coordinated the required approvals with the local Council and the Qld Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), ensuring compliance with all applicable traffic signage requirements. Given the project’s location within a busy, operational shopping centre, careful planning and programming were essential to minimise disruption to retailers, customers and traffic movements.

Home Focus development’s construction of a new Bunnings outlet at Pimpama. The project comprised Stage 1 of the new Bunnings, external hardstand, parking and landscape as well as services provision. All construction must be in accordance with the Bunnings Warehouse Construction Brief.

Crest was engaged as Project Manager for the construction of tenancies over several stages at the Home Focus Lifestyle and Homemaker Centre at Pimpama. Precinct B1’s primary tenancy being Officeworks with a further nine tenancies constructed. Works also included hardstand, car and bike parking, signage, landscaping and services provisions. Crest’s role also included liaising with the individual tenants on fit out requirements.
