Gavin's key experience covers Project management, Development Management, Contract Administration, Cost management and Control. His approach is hands-on throughout the project life-cycle. Gavin is a natural relationship builder with a deep understanding of internal and external stakeholder management and effective communication across a broad team.

Stephen has over 21 years experience in the construction industry having worked on a wide range of projects in the United Kingdom and Australia.
As both an experienced Project Manager and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Stephen provides a wide range of services including Project Management, Design Management, Superintendency, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Financier Services and Project Feasibility Studies.
Stephen has worked across a variety of industry sectors, including residential, education, industrial, commercial and retail.

Lee’s detailed experience has been gained in the planning, design and delivery of all ranges of projects including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, defence, institutional and infrastructure projects.

Andrew has over 13 years’ experience working in the construction industry. During this time, Andrew has had exposure to a diverse range of projects in the residential, commercial, educational, medical and retail sectors.
Andrew's project management experience is built on a strong foundation in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Administration, Procurement, and Budgeting. Andrew prides himself on working collaboratively in a team environment by guiding and empowering teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Lachlan Turnell

Lachlan has over 7 years’ experience, working on multiple, mixed use residential and commercial construction projects. His skillsets have been developed working with different stakeholders from the early Design and Development stage, Planning and Approval stage through to Procurement and Administration of Contracts both with the client & subcontractors.
Key strengths include: strong negotiation skills, clear communicator, time efficient, strategic planner, problem solver and attention to detail.

Sara is an integral part of our Team and has over 35 years administration experience with the last 16 years working within the project management and development industry.
Sara provides administrative, accounts and clerical assistance to the Team including contract administration support and office management.
